Olga Batista is a dynamic professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in healthcare finance. Originally from Russia, Olga made her mark in the Boston area over 20 years ago. Armed with an MBA earned in 2009, she dove headfirst into the intricacies of financial management within the healthcare industry.

Specializing as a healthcare controller, Olga offers fractional controller services to multiple healthcare facilities across Massachusetts. Her analytical prowess and strategic acumen enable her to optimize financial performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In addition to health care, Olga is the lead person in Client Accounting Services. She oversees quality and completeness of accounting processes for clients of various industries, consults clients and guides clients through financial statement audits.

Olga serves on the board of the Long-Term Care Finance Committee, where she contributes her insights to shape policies and practices benefiting long-term care facilities.
