Melissa Tocco

With a degree in Developmental Psychology, Melissa began her career journey in 2010, transitioning into the accounting field in 2012. Over the years, she has honed her expertise, including becoming the Controller for a large company, before deciding in 2022 she was ready for a new challenge and began working in Tax.  Her background in psychology gives her a unique perspective on the human elements of business and a keen understanding of people and emotions, which enriches her connections with others, allowing her to manage teams and financial operations with a people-centered approach.  

Outside of her professional life, Melissa is a Disney enthusiast with a deep love for music, comedy and crafting.  Family is at the heart of her life, and she cherishes every moment spent creating memories with them. Whether it’s through magical Disney vacations, cozy crafting sessions, or nights filled with laughs, she finds joy in the meaningful moments in life.  These personal interests keep her grounded and inspire her creativity and attention to detail, both in and out of the workplace.
